The place: MGM Grand in Las Vegas
The time: 3:00 a.m.
The scenario: In the casino playing blackjack, there's about 20 of us there for a bachelor party. Another friend asks if anyone wants to get some food. I say yes. As most people know MGM is huge and has wide array of places to eat at. So we approach a security guard if he knows of anywhere we can eat in hotel. We ask him about seven or eight different places in hotel that we can eat at:
"Is this open?"
"No"
"How about this place?"
"No"
My friend whose visiting for his first time replies to the security guard:
"You know for a city that never sleeps, there sure is a lot crap closed." |
