| monorailblue Fri 9/16/2005 9:05a | Well, I can think of at least 2 lines that split in two, and I'm not talking about FP v. standby.
Hello?
Anybody there? |

| FerretAfros Sun 9/18/2005 11:31a | The Autopia line splits just before going down to load, and going to the right the line goes arounf a PM support but doesn't go as far before reaching the stairs down, while the left line goes straight and then turns and has a good distance longer before going down the stairs. The left one usually moves faster, because the one on the right often only runs one lane of cars, while the left one usually runs both. |

For the one in question, the left branch of the line is physically longer (though not by too much), and the left branch, and the left branch only, accomodates disability loading, resulting in a longer wait as groups that bypass the line get to step ahead of the line, take a bit longer to load, etc.
If it helps, until about 10 years ago, the exit route was the entry queue and the entry queue was the exit route. :) |
