The place looks awesome (I cant picture any kiddos running around in there, this is certainly for a different audience) but I think I'll save my trip for that resort until its on the company's dime.
The bar and lounge look like fun and hip places to hang out (something Disney does do enough of).
Very elegant and theme appropriate. I like it.
Did anyone catch the Mark Twain sternwheeler in the paintings? I also noticed the pumpkin Carriage going to Sleeping Beauty's. |

Thu 8/25/2005 11:56p | The Pumpkin Coach from Cinderella is there because that section of the Hotel - the staircase, glass slipper chandeliers, and floor tiles are all Cinderella based leading to the Cinderella Ballroom - the painting for some reason shows Sleeping Beauty's Castle which puzzled me totally!
There will be some merchandise pictures and the possibility to order merchandise from LPStore hopefully later on today. |

We will add more Grand Opening items as we get closer to September 12.
Glad you all enjoyed this hotel pictorial. It really is in a class all on its own and the rooms (and suites) and simply breath-taking. Might even give the Grand Californian a run for its money!

I don't post here a lot, but I just have to say that this looks like it's the best Disney hotel yet! I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel in Paris, the Miracosta and the Grand Californian, but this one looks even more amazing. I just love all the beautiful chandeliers and the pool area is just unbelievable! I also can't believe how beautiful even the showers look.
I'm very curious to see the rooms. At least that's one thing Disney keeps getting better at, the hotels. Thanks for the pics Lee! |
