| ni_teach Mon 9/12/2005 10:26p | Great article!
I really have mixed feelings about this park. I want it to do well and it looks great.... but I don't see how it can work with so few rides. Especially the big, people eating attractions such as PotC, HM, Splash, Big thunder.... and so on.
We will just have to see how it goes.

| leemac Tue 9/13/2005 4:25a | It was an awful morning though. The humidity was the worst I've ever experienced. Lindsay was on the risers to get the best view and they were painted black so all the heat radiated off of them. He was very uncomfortable.
Luckily I got to sit!
Westsider the stage was huge. Very similar to the one they used for the May 5 kick-off at DL actually. |

And red flags too. I might be reading too much into that. I wonder, though, what WD would have thought of a Disneyland being built in what is issentially Communist controlled territory? Would he have been pleased, or displeased? I suppose that it doesn't really matter. |

| leemac Tue 9/13/2005 6:22p | fkurucz don't forget that HK has its own partially elected legislative council that makes up the government. That was a requirement by the British government before they handed it over.
It may be different for residents but HK is the mosy cosmopolitan and diverse city I've ever experienced. |
