I believe that Carter visited Disneyland during his presidency.

When I took the "Walk in Walt's Footsteps" tour I asked the CM there if Bush had visited the park and club. She said that he did visit when Bush Sr. was President, but not while he was in office. She said they figured that he was too busy as this was post-9/11.

I think the letter is a very nice gesture.

I think it is a nice gesture as well. I know Bush has been to WDW more than once. Hopefully they can get him to come to DL sometime.

Jeesh. They could have sent nothing. They sent something. And still some find ways to criticize it.

I posted my thoughts and said the letter was appropriate; All I wanted to know is if any other Presidents visited DL, and now we are posting about the Gulf, oops :o), Golf game of Bush... Geesh...

Actually, I like Golf... if I could just get the ball through the Windmill I would be really good!!

I agree it was a nice gesture, but don't they use autopens for all routine correspondence these days?
