Cities and states often do issue Proclamations for something every single day,... do you know if Anaheim, Orange County, or even the State of California has sent such a letter?

California did one better, because ARNOLD (The Governor) was at DL on July 17, 2005. Besides being politically motivated to be there, the point is, he was there!
