No. A footless skipper could manage a Jungle Cruise boat without any problem. But something a bit more central, what it requires a Cast Member's hands AND feet.

Horse Drawn Trolley?

Close enough. The Horse Drawn Streetcars require a Cast Member's hands (to control the horses and engage the had brake) and feet (to ring the bell and warn folks to stand clear).

Really! The streetcar bell is rung by the Cast Member stomping on a brass plug at her/his feet. Incidentally, the plug is removed from the streetcar every evening and carted away, only to be placed back again the next morning.

Interesting info, monorailblue. Thanks for enlightening us!

Ok, this old ride design was commonly known as a "circle swing" at older amusement parks. Disney built a new version of it not long ago. What is it called and at which park is it located?

Golden Zephyr at DCA?

That's the one I was looking for BrerOtter. This ride used to be a staple at most old time amusement parks. The Golden Zephyr may be the only operating example of one in the U.S. now.
