Thu 2/16/2006 3:38a | I don't think they have any interest in company loyalty, they've obviously got some plan/motive. I just feel disappointed and frustrated and angry. How can they with one hand tell me I'm amongst the very best people they've interviewed, and then 2 days later be telling me I'm not good enough to warrant a permanent position? Surely if I'm so great I'm worth giving the opportunity to learn the new skills (I've done it enough for them already)?
They did try to throw me the, if you can prove you've got the new skills in 2yrs then *maybe* we'll give you a new job then, line. It was all I could do not to tell them exactly where to insert it ;) |
