I know the problem but I don't know yours specifically. What I do is I have a Rx for Flonase that I use and usually that takes care of things, (stuffy nose) but if the cold or whatever is too strong then I keep a handy, dandy little bottle of Afrin 12 hour nasal spray. I use it at night just before bed and it usually is good for the whole night.
Caution here though...Afrin can make the situation worse if you use too much. Just one spray per day, not over three days. By then the Flonase usually works. I saved many a nights sleep for me. |

anyway time for me to be a whiny-butt crybaby....... my flatmates boyfriend moved out officially today but shes not speaking to me now cos hes been going around telling everyone me and him got it on 5 MONTHS ago and she believes him, so does her dad even tho he hates him. and now i dont know where i stand with him as hes a good mate of mine. disneyPete has stood by me tho but hes best mates with her dad too and its not fair on him cos hes stuck in the middle.

hope everyones colds disappear soon. I got nasal drops prescribed for Connor when he was stuffed up and found breast feeding difficult btw, they were very useful short term. |
