The logic some people use on these boards often lacks common sense.

For instance, in regards to the MK beating TDL as the world's number one theme park, I said, "Hasn't TDL's attendance been on the decline in the past year or so?" This was followed by X, who said, "You have a source for that? I'd LOVE to see it..."

RoadTrip responded with the stats (thank you), to which X responds, "Untrue. Well, half true", followed by a bunch of nonesensical DCA attacks and old attendance predictions from OLD that had NOTHING to do with TDL's attendance in relation to the MK's LAST YEAR.

And I'm willing to bet anyone a churro that there'll be some excellent spinning from the Mr. X camp about the reasons why DL was able to beat TDL last year.

OLD should be OLC.

All I said, Hans, was that the Tokyo resort getting 25 million guests was EXACTLY what the company projected for prior to DisneySea's opening. I'll happily stand by that statement, backed up with press info OLC put out before the opening of the new park (still the busiest non-magic kingdom on the planet, I notice :P).

However, thanks for showing the stats that the Tokyo parks have declined slightly, I did not know that (still, adds up to 25 million right?).

Wow, I'm very happy to hear that the crappy park in France is failing so miserably...hopefully DisCo will get the hint and start putting more money into quality parks and attractions!

^^There isn't money available to dramatically upgrade the Paris studio park. Euro Disney is still mired in debt. The second park was basically built as part of an outstanding contractual agreement and to help increase hotel bookings.

Mr X: Saying "Untrue. Well, half true" really doesn't make sense if you follow the thread.

I agree with Hans that the arguments are not making any sense.

If you want to make a new argument, go ahead, but the argument is sealed.

why would anyone go to any of the Disney Parks...they are all so lame...I brought my daughter when she was only 9 and she asked me "Dad, where are all the good rides".....now it's cedar point park every year.......
All times are Pacific Time (US)
