Has anyone purchased any of the extinct - attractions club dvd's? How are they? Do they really offer anything new that most Disney fans already know. The web site does offer some preview clips only about 2 mins. long. But I would like to know more before I pay $15.00 for any of them . And since there are so many titles, which ones are the best?

Be careful with this vender!Although the products (dvd's,etc.)are great ,this is a part time gig for the vender. He has little to no help and seems to get overwhelmed by his full time job and other Disneyland projects. This affects e-mail response and return calls but most of all shipping.I've been in the venders MEMBERS GOLD CLUB three different times. I quit twice because of delayed shipping and no way to track shippments. He sent out e-mails stating he was using fedex so I rejoined only to have problems again.Thats when I found out it was not the fault of usps, ups,or fed ex.He does offer instant downloads which work out great(do'nt use paypal on the downloads). But they are limited to only a handful of products. He's a nice enough guy but he could stand to learn better customer service. So be careful to all.ps:regardless if this is a charity when money is exchanged for products customer service is important.

^^I agree with above comment by 'd-freak'^^

I had the same experience with this vendor. He gave me his cell number.. but it didn't do much good.. It seemed like I could never reach him. But, he finally did e-mail me..and he was rude at first. I make no apologies for demanding good customer service from anyone I buy from..and I made that clear to him. I explained to him that he needs to work on his customer service skills if he expects to get any more business from me (or anyone else). He finally did ship out my dvd's to me.. He actually gave me what I ordered and more (that I didn't even pay for). So, that was nice of him..and I thanked him for that. Have I ordered anything else from him since? No...

But, the dvds are nice..good disney history.

I have had problems in the past ordering from this vendor. My first order of DVD's I never got and he tried 3 times to send them out. (No kidding!) He finally refunded my money. I recently ordered the Anaheim Vacationland book and paid over $10.00 for shipping and it took over a month to get the item. I live less than 20 miles from his home base. (The book, although nice, was NOT worth the price I paid for it.) I will never order from them again. Also a word on the DVD's. I have a friend who has purchased many DVD's from them and it's really hit and miss. Most have interesting material but the quality is sometimes not so good. My personal observation is that they try to rush out too much new product at the expense of quality. If you're really hungry for this stuff then that may not matter to you.
