Hope your DD is doing well. |

I'm a snacker in need of some ideas, plus I always have a problem with lunch. What's everyone favorite snacks that you've come up with so far? What do you eat for lunch? |

| Pixie Glitter Fri 5/19/2006 9:16a | Not sure what kind of snacks you like, but a couple of low cal and very tasty things I've discovered lately are the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches and the fruit and yogurt parfait at McDonald's. Baked Lays chips are great, too, especially the new cheddar and sour cream ones.
If you tend to eat fast food for lunch, get the nutritional information from your favorite places. McDonald's has it on the back of their tray liners, and Wendy's has a separate pamphlet. There are some surprisingly healthy and tasty choices in fast food these days. |

| RAM1984 Fri 5/19/2006 2:16p | Pretzels are a good snack in lue of chips and other fatty snacks. Nuts have a lot of fat but are nutritious and good if eaten in moderation. I too like Nature Valley granola bars. I always have one in my purse to keep me from buying junk food if I get hungry when I am out.
I have been very frustrated this week. My weight has fluctuated back and forth about 4 lbs. I have been sticking to my food plan so I know it is just water and adjustment and stuff but I still get depressed. This is why I try to stay away from the scale but after I lose some I get obsessed. Anyone else struggle with this? Any suggestions.? |

I've tried it prepared all different ways.
Guess I'll stick to poultry. |
