| RAM1984 Thu 5/25/2006 8:30p | I know some of you have posted on the thread about my new grandson. Stress, Stress, Stress. I had to fix dinner for 10 people tonight. I am home alone and it is quiet for the first time in 3 days. My thoughts are on the TJ's dark chocolate bars in the very back of my freezer. So I thought, maybe if I check in here I will not be so tempted. It really does help. Thanks to everyone and congrats to all the losers!!!!!! |

Enjoy your peace and quiet

Da da da da da da da
I saw my trainer this morning (shouldnt have really as I still dont feel well but hey) so in the 8 weeks since I started seeing her, I have lost 13lb, 1.5% of my body fat, and 6.5 inches total, 2 of those from my waist! My trainer said she was super impressed and I am her star client :)
On the slightly off side, she checked my blood pressure and it's low, so she thinks I am a little anaemic, she has however told me that I should have some 70%+ cocoa solids chocolate, as it's a good source of iron! Forced to eat chocolate, life is hard. I guess I'll have to keep an eye on it. I am super pleased about the weight and body fat loss though :)
Keep it going people, the results are out there!! |

| RAM1984 Fri 5/26/2006 4:37p | Good for you smedley!!!! Today I measured my waist and it was down 1.5 inches and my belt was loose. I decided to risk the scale and I was up a pound. Go figure:> I have to stay off the scale!!!!! |

| Pixie Glitter Sat 5/27/2006 9:24a | RAM1984, that can only mean that you are losing fat and gaining muscle. That is fabulous!! Don't worry at all about your weight in terms of gaining a pound. When you're losing fat and building muscle you can actually keep gaining weight while getting smaller. Ignore that number on the scale! And congratulations on whittling down your waist. You are being 100% successful. |

| Labuda Sat 5/27/2006 9:44a | Ok, I'm ready to post here now. :)
I joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago today. As of last Saturday, I'd lost 3.6 lbs (gotta love that first week! lol), and as of today I'm down a total of 5.4 lbs so I got my bookmark. :)
My current little goal is to be at 10 pounds in 3 more weeks - should be a tad easier since I start working out again today. :) |

Funny, that is the advice I give to other people but become obsessed with the pounds myself. |
