My weightloss is not entirely accurate since after I saw my Christmas pictures I refused to get on the scale until I could fit into certain clothes. So my 10 pounds comes from when I finally weighed myself just befor Lent. I do not know what I weighed but I could not fasten my pants and was living in sweats.

| amazedncal2 Mon 7/10/2006 8:30p | I didn't gain on our DLR vacation but I think that's because it was so dang hot and humid I sweated the ice cream right back out of my body.
I haven't lost lately but have managed not to gain either. DH and I both noticed that when we went to our favorite mexican a couple of days ago that neither of us could eat as much as we usually do. We were full faster. We have been eating smaller portions so I guess that is working.
Congrats to all who are continuing the quest :) I hope to be a loser again real soon :D |

| Disneymom443 Tue 7/11/2006 11:52a | Belive it or not I'm not on any kind of specific kind of diet er..weight loss program.
I decided when I so ugly that I never wanted to have people take my picture that I needed to do something.
I start of this year is when I began. My DH took my weight(didn't tell me) and gave me a work out plan. He said I'm the only one who can make this work. So to make a long story short... I eat only 1200 cal. a day Lots of fish, fruit and veggies. Water only, really no pop or any kind of alcohol. I don't eat after 6pm I do have chocolate, but one a day (kisses) I also eat the weight Watchers stuff that you can buy at the store. I log everything that I eat to keep track. Workout every day 7days a week. First 4 months it was 3 times a day and 7 days a week, now it's once a day everyday.
So I guess it was not the short story. :) |

When I get home I will get to work on the next 10 lbs. I too eat lots of veggies, some fruit, little meat and have not had a soda for over a year now. (No artificial sweetener or high frutose corn syrup.) No alcohol either. My best to you all!!!!!!! |
