| Autopia Deb Tue 8/8/2006 10:29p | You do what you need to do RAM. No one knows your relationship with food like you do. I've been on these boards long enough to know that the people who post regularly will support you in your struggle to eat healthy.
(you still look quite thin to me) |

| TiggerPooh1973 Wed 8/9/2006 7:45a | Well I have decided to join this thread. Eating isn't my big problem, I am not much of a junk food person. Ice cream is my weakness, so I don't buy it unless it's the healthier stuff and even that is rare. It's exercise that I really need to get serious about. So I started back on my Tread Climber. I have been doing between 1 to 1 1/4 miles at least 5 days a week. Yesterday I did 1.4 miles. I put a TV by the TreadClimber, it keeps me from getting bored. |

I've been trying to lose weight since this thread started. For three months, I exercised 5 days a week (the first month 30 minutes at a time, the last 2 months 45 minutes), I gave up pop and most processed snacks years ago, I have about 75 pounds to lose. So my weight loss in that time...1 pound, and no change in my clothes, in fact, I think my hips are even bigger. Talk about frustrating. |

| MissCandice Wed 8/9/2006 12:42p | I have been doing okay with the no soda. I cracked yesterday and had a glorious, wonderful Coke at work, I also had a small Dr P on the 2nd. And I have found a new way to not eat. My finances are just awful so I have just been not eating because I have no food in the house or money to buy it. I had a coupon for slimfast (yuck) so I bought a couple of cases of that and have been drinking those. I have lost a little weight, because my feet (my feet!) are skinnier. Hoepfully the weight lose will wirk its way up my body and not just be off my feet. I really want a soda though. |

I understand that. I have been off the "sauce" so to speak for over a year. No high fructose corn syrup or chemical sweeteners. I honestly hardly miss it anymore.) Had to be honest, now and then I crave a Mt. Dew. |

I've done that diet, too. Not fun at all. :-( |
