| cmpaley Wed 10/11/2006 5:30p | I've been continuing to lose weight (hopefully, most of it fat!) but I've been under the weather since Saturday evening, so I haven't been making my morning dates with the recumbent cycle and I haven't lifted in almost a week. I almost miss it! :(
Diet is still pretty much on track (that's become almost habit). |

| RAM1984 Sun 10/29/2006 2:28p | Good for you Candice! Exercise is where I have really slacked off. Next week I will go to the gym on Tuesday and work back into a regular scedule. I can hardly walk if I do not work out and stretch. Eating right also helps that. Good luck. |

My biggest weakness: regular coke. Sometimes im just dying to have one!
