Okay.
My girlfriend and I have been on again off again too. We seem to be good all week, and then fall off the wagon on the weekends. I'm still down, but only about 6 pounds. We've started a competition, whoever loses the LEAST amount of weight between Nov 1 and Dec 1 has to buy a gift for the BIGGEST loser.
I think I'm up for that! Let the games begin. |

Friday I had lunch out with my Redhat Ladys. I was successful in only eating half and bringing the rest home.
To make matters worse, I had a church potluck at my house the same evening. I did well there too. Did not overload my plate and did not finish dessert. I did have a glass of wine which is not in my food plan but all in all I did better than I have been. Not getting on the scale yet.

Sat 11/11/2006 9:23p | I met my challenges today, I stayed totally op and didn't have to use any of my flex points. It helped that there was no cake at the party, just apple crisp, which is much easier for me to pass up! |
