| stagemomx3 Tue 11/14/2006 7:39a | Today it is cold, wet and yucky out again. I'm starting my day off with a sf vanilla latte and a ww pumpkin spice muffin and feeling pretty good. My legs are a little sore from yesterdays workout but not bad. Afterwork DH and I will do our second day of Couch to 5K.

| RAM1984 Tue 11/14/2006 1:56p | I got on the scale today. Though the numbers did not thrill me; I am happy with my eating and that it what is important. Now I have a barometer so in a week I can see if I need to adjust my amounts. My best to everyone:) |

I've gained a stinking 2 pounds since last Thursday. Time to reel it in and stop making excuses. |
