| stagemomx3 Mon 11/27/2006 8:53p | It's snowing, normally not really a problem, but I don't want to run in the snow tomorrow. DH and I have a Couch to 5K training session tomorrow, hopefully the snow will at least be off the road enough for us to run! |

I have an old Joanie Greggins exercise tape that is done to Christmas carols. I plan to do the workout 3x a week through the Holidays in addition to my gym schedule which I am trying to improve. RAM glad yesterday was a good day.
Lots of snow and ice here making it impossible to get out and run. I did one of my Firm Cardio workouts instead.

| RAM1984 Wed 11/29/2006 1:01p | Made it to the gym last night for workout and a swim which I really needed. Got a 10 minute soak in the hot tub so I am not very sore today. My food is good. Won't get on scale again until Friday. Good job stagemomx3. Any exercise is good.

| Autopia Deb Wed 11/29/2006 8:44p | Well, I joined 24 Hour fitness. I only have time to work out on my lunch hour. But the gymn is a 3 minute walk from my desk. I figure I'll start 2 days a week and move up to 3 and then go every work day I don't have lunch plans. |

Man, I'm not going on a diet per say, just going to try to eat better, but yesterday... yikes. The boss brought in doughnuts (I can go months and months with out them, but not yesterday). And then I went to Cost Plus for an advent calender and saw these dijon honey chips and it was all over for me. Fortunately all that bad eating made me feel like crud all evening so I won't be too tempted to do that again anytime soon. |

| stagemomx3 Sun 12/3/2006 8:19p | Weighed in Friday and I'm down 1 more pound for a total of 16 so far. This weekend was stressful but good eating and activity wise. DH and I started week 3 of the Couch to 5K program today. It had us jogging for 3 minutes at a time, up from just 1.5 minutes last week. Pretty hard, but I did it!
