| DVC_dad Mon 12/4/2006 6:59p | I'm officially on the weight loss wagon.
I was diagnosed with the same condition the Wiggles guy has, and my cardiologist says weightloss and regular exercise will help. |

| RAM1984 Mon 12/4/2006 7:55p | Happy to see you DVC_dad. Yes, good health depends upon diet and exercise. Welcome aboard:o)
I could not resist the scale this week for some reason. I stayed the same for 3 days then went up 1/2 a lb. (And I was HONESTLY sticking to my food plan.) Anyway, I was back down this morning. Leaving for Disneyland in 2 days and have my food plan all worked out. I did this in Oct. and it worked really well. But then I binged when I got home. So my goal is to stick to it while I am gone and not jump off as soon as I get home. |

| Autopia Deb Wed 12/6/2006 7:48p | weigh yourself the same time of day, weight fluxuates during the day. Also, if you've been working out, muscle weighs more than fat. |
