| Kennesaw Tom Sat 12/9/2006 7:23a | I have now lost three lbs since getting home. So I'm heading in the right direction. I want to loose at least ten lbs before my next Disney trip. |

How is everyone else doing?
I don't weigh in again until Friday, but I've been doing well on my eating and execising. |

| RAM1984 Wed 12/13/2006 10:36p | I did such a good job with my food at Disneyland. Ate almost nothing in the parks. Did not have candy or ice cream. We cooked meals of vegetables and eggs and meat in our room. (Not to mention all that walking.) So I got home and on the scale and I am up 4 lbs. Freaked me out. I have been losing about a lb a day so I know it is just water and bloat from traveling but it is so frustrating. |

| ETicket34 Thu 12/14/2006 3:28p | Sorry to hear it RAM...I know how frustrating it is to try so hard and not see the results. Hang in there
I had a plan when I went to the Land this weekend...eat whatever I wanted. I know that is bad, but it is what I chose to do. It turns out that since I have been so diligent on my diet for the past 10 weeks, my body is used to good food. After eating the park food all day Saturday, I had the worst stomach ache in my life. I was up half of the night. Serves me right I guess.
I ended up gaining almost 4lbs. Thankfully it has come off this week. |

| RAM1984 Thu 12/14/2006 10:13p | ^^I am back down to my pre-Dland weight. I know what you mean about good food. That is why we do not eat much in the Parks anymore. My daughter said, "I always thought it was to save money." I told her that when they were young that was true. Now, I prefer to eat food I bring myself. We always get a room with fridge and microwave. I have a baby sized electric skillet. I can make just about anything with those two appliances. And we have so much more energy. Good luck. With Christmas coming I keep praying that my food will stay in check. |

| alexbook Tue 12/26/2006 1:18p | I've been trying to get good exercise, but my eating is out of control. It's not just that sweets are everywhere during the holidays; it's also that I've been feeling stressed about the holidays, and when I'm stressed I eat.
I think I had lost a few pounds, but I think it's back.
BTW, I wanted to say congrats to 999HAUNTS. I saw her yesterday for the first time in a while and it looks like she's been making a lot of progress. |
