January 27-February 3rd.
I was very good to my body over the holidays. I didn't gain any weight. So back to my plan on loosing 10 lbs by the end of January.
I'm cutting out sweets, and fats... I am seriously thinking of joining a weight loss program now. |

| RAM1984 Wed 12/27/2006 7:54p | I was happy when I got on the scale the day after Christmas and was down a pound. I let myself indulge a bit but did not go whacko. My family is leaving tomorrow and I will be alone. I plan to get on to regular eating and not binge on leftovers from Post Christmas Depression. |

| RAM1984 Mon 1/1/2007 2:14p | Okay, having had left over pumpkin pie for breakfast, I thought I would bump this up for New Year's Day. I did so well for Christmas but the week since has been rocky. The good news is I know what to do and do not feel like it will be nearly as hard as last year to take the reins back. And I am still 10 pounds down from last year. I had hoped it would be more but forward not back. |

| Kennesaw Tom Tue 1/2/2007 4:44a | Its official! When I returned from my WDW trip on December 5th I weighted 226 lbs. As of today January 2nd I weight 218. My waist is much less. My pants are no longer tight at all. I am still dieting and want to loose another 8 lbs or so during this month. |

| alexbook Tue 1/2/2007 12:04p | My New Year's Resolution: Lose 20 lbs. It sounds scary, but I figure if I've got all year to do it, it's only half a pound a week. That doesn't sound so scary. |

| RAM1984 Tue 1/2/2007 2:48p | Very good Kennesaw Tom. I hope it continues to work for you.
That is a great plan Alex. We put weight on a little at a time. That is how we should take it off.
I am still trying to center myself after the insanity of the Holidays. Wonderful Holidays I must add but crazy all the same. |

| Kennesaw Tom Wed 1/3/2007 4:40a | I'm down to 216 lbs today. I figure I'm going to have to order new work pants soon. I was a extremely tight 36" waist pants. Now I'm a loose 36" waist. I weighted more than 216 lbs through out 2006. So this is the lightest I have been in well over a year. I am really looking forward to getting back to a 34" waist. I really don't think I want a waist smaller than 34". Oh, and I want to be back to a 34" by the end of January.
Since I have two more trips planned to visit WDW this month. I will NOT be participating in the Disney Meal Plan. |

| RAM1984 Wed 1/3/2007 10:18a | ^^It is so great when you get to size down instead of up. I have certain favorite pants that I want to wear by spring. I refuse to buy any bigger sizes. |

| tiggerdis_ Sun 1/7/2007 5:03p | I'm bumping this because, well, I need it front and center, and because TLC had some excellent programs on today including 20 Ways to Lose Weight, Resolutionaries, and Obesity the Deadly Epidemic. It's really got me thinking. |
