Also, as it was such nice weather last evening, DH and I went out for an hour and a half cycle ride, and I actually really enjoyed it, instead of feeling half dead about half way lol! |

I finally got up the nerve to get on the scale and I am down 7 lbs. My goal now is not just to watch my food intake but to get back on the excercise bandwagon. I went to step class for the 1st time in months. I was able to finish but could really tell a difference in how I had to pace myself. I have to exercise more even if it is just walking the dogs. |

Loosing weight is one of the most difficult things to do, and is the most rewarding things to do.
I look at all the different diet fads that are out there today, they always have in little prnt "results not normal"
What that means is that every diet out there works for some people but not all. The hard thing is finding the one that works for you. Unfortantly for most, we give up.
So to all of you out here going through this thing we call weight loss,(dieting) my hat goes off to you. We can do this together. :) |

I go back for cat scan in June, I don't have a scale at home, but I hope my weight will be up more than a pound. |
