<<We've already taken to lining one of the trash cans in the room with a trash bag and filling that up with bottled water, etc.>>

You should have seen our tub two years ago for our Christmas party. Filled with ice, beer and other beverages. There was SOO much ice that running a hot shower the next morning barely melted it. It was probably still there when the maids had to clean. :)

(I'm not normally a big drinker, but for the company Christmas party a ton of people come to my room, and I go all out on drinks)

Sorry, I know that has nothing to do with WDW, but you made me think of that.

Yeah, I've also used a trash can with a clean bag before too.

oooh....I like that idea...easier to pack trash bags and not have to worry about bringing it home!

Just wondering if people have found the ice to be a big, messy problem in summer at WDW? Or that it freezes some food items? Just curious. I did have to be careful with the fridge, even that froze my foods if they touched the cooler unit.

Our fridge at POR froze everything. Of course there was no way to change the setting. When I called the front desk I was told that an engineer had to change the settings. Dumbest thing I ever heard. I had to fight for a bit to get them to give me a credit for frozen items.

We just found out we are staying a PC for the first 3 night of our stay in Feb. Our reservation says "classics section", does anyone know what that means? I looked at the map but that didn't help me. We didn't request any place in particular but did tell them of our bad experience at ASMo a couple years ago.
