why did they change the name from the Revolutino to the Wii ? That sounds so ... so ... silly.

Wii not? I did like the name Revolution but it's not going to stop me from buying one. I'm much happier with my decision to go X Box 360 and Revolution instead of PS/3. I do hope they keep the green colour for production though. Are you buying one C-boy?

I've got two worn NES's and one that works after you blow into it a billion times and press down the cartridge, cross your fingers and sacrafice... You can play some of those games with your GBA, through the GBA player (why couldn't they have made it it Indigo instead of Jet???)

I buy every Nintendo console. Even if you just play Zelda & Mario they're worth it.

Wii looks like a lot of fun. I've really enjoyed the touch screen on the DS, so so any system that gives me a new way to play games is fine by me.

Look at eBay. You could probably get one cheaply there.

I still have my old NES, though it is somewhat fussy about when it will work.

We are still considering buying a Wii, at this point it looks like we will. I have recently become readicted to Mario on my DS so I would like to continue that with a biger system =) However, I will continue to call it Revolution as 'Wii' sounds so... weak... and lame... and as DVC pointed out silly =)

I'm thinking about getting hubby a DS Lite (or whatever it's called) for Father's Day. We just got the new Super Mario Brothers game for DS and it is SOOO much fun! I'm not even really that into video games and I've realy enjoyed it!

^^Thanks for the feedback about the new Mario game. I have been looking into getting that one. I have been playing a lot of Animal Crassing (strange but addictive) lately and finished Mario and Lugi partners in Time just a while back (that one is great) so I need something new to play with =)
