You can make up for some of the expense of the airfare by staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay rather than the two Disney Hotels.

Or at a nearby "Partner Hotel" in Shin-Urayasu. They are much cheaper than any of the Official or Disney Hotels, and still pretty nice.

You should note that both the Hilton and Sheraton's normal guests rooms go as high as $400/night during the peak season (weekends and holidays). They are only a good deal in the off season, when room rates are about $200/night.

Gee, somehow I knew that if I mentioned the Hilton Tokyo Bay, TDR_FAN would make a comment that in some way tried to put people off.

Regarding the original purpose of this thread, the four maps at Fortress Exploration are currently in short supply and there are none in the holders at the Fortress. My friends were just there for three days to go to Super Dancin Mania and had to go to the information desk at DisneySea to obtain copies of the maps (and they'll only give out one copy of each).

^^^ Do you mean one copy each per guest, or per group?

One copy, in this case, per couple. I don't know what would have happened if more people in a group had asked, but my friends are a married couple and they just gave them one map.

The truth is subjective--that's something you haven't learned yet.

Again with the name calling 8|. I was just providing a bit of advice for people who are looking into a cheaper option than the Official Hotels. Would it really be helpful for them to discover themselves that the rates were not what they expected because of the different seasons.

I didn't call you names, just pointed out something that you failed to take into account.

I've seen the same advice posted by other people, so I don't see how my suggestion was any more biased then their's.
