Tokyo Disney Reservation ph no. doesn't work

I have been trying all week to ring the Tokyo Disney Reservation line. The phone rings, it is answered in Japanese and after about 10 seconds it disconnects me. I have no idea what is being said, and I am getting frustrated with it.

Does anyone know if this service is broken, disconnected, experiencing errors etc?

Thanks.

Oh yea, it's broken alright, just not in the technical sense. Start reading this thread at #45:

Thank you.

I will just have to ring the hotel directly and book with them instead.

Tried that. It doesn't work. They just redirect you to the always-busy reservation line.

I couldn't get through.

I have emailed the Emion Hotel directly (and complained to them) and they said they will take my booking via email.

So, I will do that this week and let you know. I will keep trying the Reservation Line and let u know how I go.

I made my reservation with Hotel Emion directly.

I emailed the Emion reservations area and got their details from their website: www.hotel-emion.jp/english/index.html

I also rang them directly on +81-47-304-2727 (for international calls) to confirm.

They have emailed me back with my confirmation.

The email address for reservations at Emion is: rsv@hotel-emion.jp

The website for reservations area is: http://www.hotel-emion.jp/engl
ish/reservation/index.html
