Ouch! That wasn't what I was inferring. I was referring to the "experts" on WDWMagic who have kept saying the wand was not coming down, Siemens didn't ask for it, etc.
My intent was never to demean Spirit in any way.
>>>Corrus is a highly respected poster on that site.<<<
Yeah, and Hugo Chavez is highly respected by communists... So what? I hate to dog another website community, but the general tenor of dialogue over there is ... trite in the extreme. Considering WHO respects him... I don't think it helps his air of credibility. |

| Skellington88 Thu 6/7/2007 7:24p | hey blueohanaterror,
when your bored you should read some of corrus's previous posts regarding the disney company. Your jaw will probably hit the floor at the kinds of stuff this guy says. |

He comes off cynical and frankly guessing a lot of the time.
Like I said, I think he ducks his head in wherever he can, gets a couple of tidbits and puts the rest together in his head. That's how it comes off to me. |

I want something more akin to the Disneyland and Tokyo Disneysea Indy attraction. (I would personally love an Indy miniland with a themed maze, minecart roller coaster ride, and a jeep adventure). |

Not sure I would say I have been MIA....just busy.>>
If I said you were missed and did so (almost) sincerely, would we see you here more often? ;-)

I think ... just a complete guess at this point ... that the Indy jeep idea that Tony Baxter originally pushed for years ago at DL could be repurposed here ... |

| leemac Thu 6/7/2007 9:59p | ^^ Dude once 11am PDT Monday comes and goes I'll be more than happy to come play more. That money-pit of an attraction in Anaheim has absorbed more time than I could ever possible imagine.
I'm sure you can appreciate why I haven't commented on certain things too. |

Another waaaaaaaaay overbudget deal.
How totally unshocking. I won't post the numbers I've been given (at least right now) but I just don't understand how things like this happen. This isn't a 'we need another $3 million' here ... but I'm sure you know this better than I.
Just tell me ... will it at least be worth it?
9 out of 10 reviews appear to be positive.
<<I'm sure you can appreciate why I haven't commented on certain things too. >>
I can respect that.
But I'm sure there's some Steve Davison project we can gush over in unison!
And maybe you can shed some light on what Joe Rohde's up to these days if HKDL expansion is on hold.

Too bad he's losing this battle. |
