What a pleasure to read, encore, encore.

I do take such great pleasure in showing die hard Disney fans the most beautiful MK in the world. I am so glad Bob enjoyed it and would love to read even more!

And thank you for sharing your photos, they are fantastic views of our park here in Europe. I miss my home park of DL, but DLP is a beautiful site to behold.

While I'm glad Bob had a nice trip, I found his praise of George Kalogridis beyond over-the-top.

George K can be compared to many things, but Walt Disney wouldn't be one of them.

He dumbed down Epcot, was a total and utter disaster as Sr VP of Ops of the DLR and spent the past few years running Disney call centers. How he wound up with this position has puzzled me, but we know Disney is a club.

And to give George credit for the necessary work for the 15th media kickoff is a bit disingenous. That rehab work would have been done if a chimp held the job.

But DLP is a beautiful resort and Paris one of the world's great cities, so maybe Bob was just high on that.

<<That rehab work would have been done if a chimp held the job.>>

I thought a chimp did hold the job.

*ba-da-boom*

But Spirit is correct about the club thing. Looks like George and Bob are both card-carrying members.

Maybe they'll pool their resources for a college campus membership drive?

^^It is truly wonderful to see you here in the LP, idleHands. I hope you are well!

I thought you got a life or something!:-)

I know Bob likely was thrilled by his first visit to DLP and Paris ... but that one paragraph really got to me ... it almost seemed like George is ready to come back stateside and is looking for a promotion (yet again, taking credit for things that would have happened with or without him ... same as at Epcot and with DRC ... he lucks into situations -- except at DLR -- where things are about to get a whole lot better and then he takes/gets the credit for it. I don't understand it, myself.)

Ask me again after my week here in Sac for the soul-sucking job is done.

<<I thought you got a life or something!:-)>>

It was a limited time offer. I missed the deadline. 8^D

And as far as George K being DLP's savior... let's give him Phil's job and 18 months to turn MK around. If he can't do it, then he gets the Brad Rex Timeshare Career Makeover as a parting gift.

Either way, at least one of 'em hits the road and MK gets a little more TLC.
