It's no more or less odd than having 2 Jack Sparrow areas in one park. Especially when you consider that one would have the Route 66 theme and the other would have an airfield theme.
83	bean Fri 9/21/2007 8:33p	actually if i remember correctly, titu canyon near death valley has that same dsitinctive red color and similiar rock formation. Also areas of the sonora desert which encompasses the state of Arizona Northern states of Mexico and south east area of California also have some of the rock coloring and formations of Arizonas deserts. They are not as pronounced and in abundance as Arizonas mid eastern deserts but they are found in the state.
