Hi

I'm thinking of going for the latest auditions, but had some questions.

When they ask for a resume do they need the normal full working history or just relevent acting expereience? also would a normal passport picture do, or do people turn up with full portfolios?

I was thinking of turning up in joggers and trainers, as it says to wear something comfortable and I know some movement is involved, is this ok ?

I've only had amature dramatic experience so don't know if I'm wasting their and my time, but this is someting I've always wanted to do so any other help or tips from people who have previously auditioned or are in the know would be great.

Thanks

Mike

Most important is to have confidence and a Disney smile, even if you goof up. Just list anything related to entertainment on a resume. Joggers and trainers are the norm.

DisneyfanUK (that sounds familiar!) if you are in the UK head over to the meets section where we are actively trying to organise a UK meet in December.

Unless you're in Tokyo by then!!!

Face character auditions are totally how about how good looking you are and how friendly you are...so just go in and be super outgoing.

And don't let the Japanese talent booking people make you nervous, they like to look stern but they have no clue of what they're supposed to be looking for anyway (they once hired a hispanic Snow White...true story lol) so don't worry. :)

Just have fun and you'll do fine. Seems like they're doing a lot of hiring out of the U.K. these days so you have a good chance.

The full portfolio is not a bad idea, if you have one. Makes you look more professional.

As for "acting experience", I really wouldn't worry about that. Really.
