"to answer post 96, in regards to the amount of spaces available within the theater for anykind of attraction don't just look at the theater itself.

Consider all the huge available space surrounding the theater used by queue and behind it. Also consider the other large space that is basically unused that many have complained about."

Hopefully bean is talking about the Starcade. That has to go. Why is there an arcade in DL? It just doesn't make any sense to me. A new attraction, even a C-ticket, would be better than that.

"Why is there an arcade in DL?"

When it opened in the first place, this was my reaction. They put in a bunch of games you could play at a 7-eleven.

IF it's going, then it's a long time in coming for me. 30 years.

See. You just have to be patient.

Hmmm, a newly highly themed attraction on the People Mover tracks. How much do you wanna bet George Lucas is involved?

Also, the arcade should stay. Roach motels are for the pests, not the owners of the house.

^^*LOL* I get your point, ED, but have to go with the Dragon and Jon on this one.

The arcade, from the very beginning, have given me "What the heck?" moments every time I walk past. I've never, ever seen it as more than a huge waste of space.

Bean said it won't be character themed, which means no Jar-Jar Binks. How disappointing.

And since when is Star Wars part of the future? Didn't all of that stuff happen "a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away"?

Oh, I didn't mention, I am majorly happy it is not charater based, if that happens.

That will be great.

Hang on there.

Clarification: Peoplemover replacement, not character based.

HISTA(Starcade?) replacement, NO confirmation on character status.

I think bean meant not "cartoon character" based. Other characters, as you may see, are still fair game.

And isn't Star Tours 2 in the works already? There isn't anything related to the latest 3 films yet (and I stress "yet").
