1	Mickeyfan1 Sat 10/20/2007 5:26p	The Disney Parks around the world are filled with the colors, decorations and special treats of fall and the Halloween season. Once the cooler winds of winter start blowing the Parks will be filled with the sights and sounds, decorations and wonder of that most wonderful time of the year! What better way to spend the Holidays by spending some time in one of the Magic Kingdom's or other Disney Parks that are around the world. However before you get too busy with all your holiday plans, be sure and mark your calendars for the NFFC's annual January California event. This year we will kick things off on Saturday evening January 19th with a night of pin trading from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Everyone is invited to join us at the Crowne Plaza Resort and Hotel in Garden Grove, 12021 Harbor Blvd. in Garden Grove, California (866) 888-8891. Everyone is invited to bring their pins and "let the trading begin!" In addition the NFFC National will be hosting a pin board similar to the ondes at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. In addition you are invited to be a part of what just could be the newest trading rage....DISNEY BUTTONS! Remember buttons? Loaded with beautiful artwork we will also be doing button trading along with the pin trading. So get busy looking through those bins and drawers of old buttons and bring some along to trade that evening. Even if you are not into pin trading (or button trading for that matter) it still will be a great evening to drop by and catch up with friends as our Hospitality Suite will also be open serving light refreshments. And who knows, maybe this will be the night that you finally give in and start pin trading! Either way it promises to be an evening fill with fun, friends, and well all things Disney...what could be better? Then on Sunday, January 20th we will once again be hosting our annual Disneyana Show and Sale. NFFC members will have exclusive entrance from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. and then we will open the show for the general public from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Admission is $5 for members and $6 for the public. So make plans now to join us in Garden Grove for the weekend of January 19th and 20th, 2008. And don't forget to mark your calendars and start planning to attend the annual California Convention from July 15th through the 20th. It promises to be an exciting week as always.
