Thank you for the info danyoung. I really don't understand why they don't just take the MGM out if they must and call it Disney Studios. The Hollywood part just dosen't flow for me.

Because the Disney Studios already exist, more or less, in Burbank and Hollywood.

There are also other MK's. I understand that one would be a working studio and the other a theme park but I honestly don't think it would cause any confusion.

Unless there is some legal reason they can't both have the same name I don't see any reason not to use DS.

Just my opinion which of course has no weight with Disney.

BTW danyoung last time I was @ R&C in July I saw a man @ the end of the bar finishing a martini and thought of you. You weren't there in July were you?

They could call it Disney Studios Florida and put giant letters that spell F-L-O-R-I-D-A out front. I hear they have all the letters they need except for the D left over from the DCA rework.

>>Hold down the alt key and type 164 on your number pad (the number keys at the top of the keyboard won't work!) for the small ñ, and 165 for the big Ñ.<<

Why thank you Danno. I do appreciate the lesson. :)

>There are also other MK's.<

As far as I know, there aren't. You got Disneyland PARK, DL Paris, Tokyo DL, and Hong Kong DL. Only one MK, & that's in Florida. I think Disney does a little too much already with similar names (Fort Wilderness / Wilderness Lodge, etc.). Personally I have no problem with the name.

Sadly, no. The last time I was there was the first week of October, '06. Next trip is the first week of December '07. But that is indeed my spot, at the end of the bar nearest to the piano. Thanks for thinking of me!

When you're right you're right danyoung. Of course I meant DL not MK. I'ld use my age as an excuse but I believe it was just an old fashioned "brain fart".

Thanks for getting my old derailed brain back on track.;)

We'll just miss you as we get in the am of the 14th. Have a great trip.
