I was wondering if anyone knew how strict they are with the fastpass windows. At DL they will let you use your fastpasses any time of the day so long as it is past the initial window start time. I've even used fastpasses from the morning in the evening with no problems. Are they more strict with the fastpass window time at WDW or will they let you use fastpasses past your window time?

You should be fine, as long as it's after the start time on the window. But they need to be used the same day they are issued. We almost never use them during the time window. Have fun!

Here's an additional question. When we were at WDW this summer, we got different answers as to how and when you can get more fastpasses. Does anyone have the actual rules. Is it one hour, two hours, only after the first is used? There are 8 of us going next summer and 4 have never been there and are 13 and under. I am going to need to get the fastpasses right to keep them all happy.

Last that I knew it was every two hours you can get a new one, or if you time frame on the fast past that you have is shorter then two hours as soon as it is up you can get another one.

When you get a FP, it tells you when you can get another. I haven't noticed a consistent spacing (but haven't looked for a commonality either). It seems that the busier it is, the longer it is until you can get another one.

In the summer don't be surprised if by 1 pm the FPs are gone for the most popular rides. If you go in knowing that it can help keep some disappointment down, especially among the little ones. That is how we get our boys up and out early - they know if they relax and take their time in the am, they may not get on their favorite rides.

I believe the rules are you can get another fastpass either when the window opens or after two hours whichever is shorter. So if your next fastpass window opens in less then two hours you can get another one at the window open time, if it is more then two hours you can get another in two hours.

On our visit to WDW two weeks ago, we were able to get a new fastpass the minute the return time window opened. So if I get a pass at 9:00 and it has a return time for 10:05, I could get more FP's at 10:05. It is probably different during the summer. I don't know.

But it ALWAYS tells you right there on the FP when you can get another, like was said already.

Has anyone heard of there being an unlimited amount of FastPasses you can hold at one time if you are staying on Property? A friend of mine just told me you can do this at Disneyland but I'm going to WDW and staying onsite and was wondering if this is true?
