Topic: The Animal Kingdom Secret Path

1	sherrytodd Sat 12/1/2007 7:45a	Has anyone been down the secret path lately. I'm hearing that they've blocked it off. Are you still allowed to use the secret path?
2	RoadTrip Sun 12/2/2007 8:36p	I'm not sure I've ever found the "secret path" at Animal Kingdom. I've found what many people call the secret path... a little path going off the main walkway between Africa and Asia that goes to a little sitting area. But I've heard that the way you know you've found the REAL secret path is because you will cross a small stream on stepping stones. I've never found anything like that. What is your secret path like?

4	sherrytodd Tue 5/6/2008 3:11p	A quick update. We found the secret path the day before yesterday. It is not necesarily blocked off, but it is not maintained and is covered in leaves and very hard to see anymore if you don't know where to look. DS and I went for it and didn't get hauled out by Disney security. The stepping stones are still there and in perfect shape to cross the streams but there is a fallen tree along the path. Someone has left a chair back there.
