Ten? Wow!

Be advised that you are going at an EXTREMELY crowded time, so I wouldn't wait to get the "most important" attractions under your belt, just in case. Since Mansion will be losing its holiday decor on the 7th, and Small World is glowing away for months starting the 22nd, expect the APs (as well as the out-of-towners) to be swarming those two attractions, and plan accordingly.

Note that the Rose Bowl Team Event (whatever the heck that is) happens on December 26th in the castle forecourt.

Be sure to eat an In-n-Out Burger while you're here.

I would save exploring DT Disney and the Hotels for when you can't stand the population explosion at the parks any longer.

I ALWAYS go to Disneyland first. Usually early in the morning. Get some fast passes, storm Fantasyland. Ride the Matterhorn before the line goes around the mountain.
These are just suggestions; everyone has his own method and stride. Since you have 10 days you should be able to relax and enjoy in spite of the Holiday crowds which can add to the fun if one is prepared for them.
ENJOY!!!!!!!! I am envious.

What you do first is based a lot on what you are into.

Be sure to get there before the park opens. If you are staying at hotel see if they have "morning magic" (Or whatever they are calling it now) to see if you can get in early.

Buy your tickets online and have them before you get to the park. That will save you up to an hour.

The Fantasyland rides to build up first, Peter Pan and Dumbo have the two longest and slowest moving lines in the park. If you have kids these are must do.

If you don't have kids and the Fantasyland ride do not do anything for you hit the coasters first.
