1	nancy_s_leong Sun 12/30/2007 2:34p	Hello All, Our family along with a friend's family went to Disneyland during this Christmas break from 12/22/07 to 12/26/97 and had wonderful time and up graded our 5 day pass into Delux annual pass. We arrived Disneyland on Saturday 12/22 around 10:45am, and went to park, and rode on the Haunted Mansion Holidays as our first ride, then Pirate of the Caribbean, finally we went on the Indiana Jons Adventure which was request by my 9-year old son. It was a very good start. We were planned to visit Small world first, but since we were there late and just about 1 hour before park close, we decided to get the ride which my kids like the most (9 year old son and 7 year old daughter). The next day is Christmas eve, we did not go to sleep until 1am, we got to the park around 9:30am, and suprisely, not as many people as we expected, we did quite a few of the rides and met up with our friends who are also from the bay area Cupertino. The weather was excellent on the first two days, then it was getting very winded, but no rain!!! Can't ask for better. Our biggest suprise was on Christmas eve right after our dinner, we went back to the park around 8pm, when we passed by the main street, people tell us not to go and stay, immediately, there are so many Disney characters came out at the same time, we were so happy, especially the parents, got a chance to meet with all the disney characters at the same time without on lines for hours, please look at our pictures for detail. Here is our pictures link: http://family.webshots.com/alb um/561935591WUMAOd 1. got on the Nemo ride the first time on Christmas day early entry at 6:45am. But still need to wait on line for about 30 to 40 minutes for the rides. 2. TSI/POC have great improvement, really enjoy it. 3. Many rides broken down off and on 4. Disneyland California park is a very good alternated when Disneyland park is too busy 5. Our 7 years old daughter enjoys all the adventure rides and rides on quite a few new ones this time, our family can go on all the rides together this time. A few tips: 1. Enter the park at open time -> less crowded, and ride on the popular rides which don't have fast pass. 2. Getting your fastpasses and save it for later of the day. The one hour return time is not critical, as long as your return the same day. 3. Going back to hotel to take a nap during the busy period, like after lunch. 4. Return to the park until it's close. During the last hour, most rides have short lines. Disneyland is an excellent place for family to visit especially during the holidays. Have wonderful time in Disneyland and a great Year 2008!!! 2	liveforvacations Mon 12/31/2007 9:15a	Love your pictures! Sounds like Disneyland was not as crowded as you expected and although I hate crowds and therefore, always go on the off-season, your experience makes me think more and more of spending a Christmas in California! Thanks for the report!

Especially the nighttime shots with all the lights and indoors at the Haunted Mansion. Thank your for sharing them with us, Nancy. I really enjoyed looking at them.

Our family loves disneyland and I really enjoy taking picture, especially for my kids. I have Canon G3(old) and bought a new SLR Canon XTi last year. We use both since the new digital SRL is a bit heavy. Cheers, Nancy
7	ABBY Thu 2/7/2008 8:12a	Wow - what a great trip. Your pictures are wonderful!! Glad you had so much fun. We sure enjoy the holiday season at the park too. We were there the first part of December :)
