Wed 4/23/2008 10:00p | I confess DW and I took our 19 yr old grandson to DLR today.
The five weeks of spring break are now a thing of the past and it was easy to move about the parks and get on the attractions.
DW was amused by the kind CM trying to say in a diplomatic way that women of her age seldom rode Maliboomer. She says it is much easier than the ToT. |

Sun 4/27/2008 4:08p | I confess, my DS closed his thumb in my truck door today. It was shut tight with his thumb trapped in it and seeing and hearing him cry out in pain like that broke my heart beyond belief.
Quick and fast ( and trying not to panic)I got my keys and unlocked the door to release his little thumb and THANKFULLY he was alright!Just a dented thumb from the door jam and a bit of pain from the release. He's A ok now! and back to playing his Nintendo DS like nothing ever happend. Whew! |

Wed 4/30/2008 11:09a | I confess that I am sad that I didn't get to meet Lady Starlight at DL on Thursday but our afternoon was really hectic and there was some confusion as to when I was to meet with other family members who were in the park that day. :-(
I didn't forget you, I swear!
Between the confusion and the HOT weather, we didn't get a lot of stuff done that we had planned. Whew. |
