| sherrytodd Mon 4/28/2008 6:56p | I'm currently on my third watching of this episode (yes I'm a dork). This was a great episode. I think I'm part of the Ben fan club now.
The symbol on the jacket is one that hasn't been introduced yet.

Also, on the fridge some pictures were a shark, and maybe even smokey. We know that jack does find out he is related to Aaron. While not unusual for a archeologist/historian to know many languages, why does Charlotte know Korean - working for Paik? Where did Christian take Claire??? We know when Jack started the drink and meds now. Rosseau and karl deader than dead.
that's all i can think of for right now.... |

| christiemarsh88 Tue 5/6/2008 9:59a | His name is Horace, and he's not only the guy who brought the Linus boys to the island, he and his wife were the ones who stopped to help in Portland when Ben was being born. So he has a very strong connection to Ben.
Here's my latest theory: What was everyone's biggest complaint about Claire's little exploding house episode? People said it was improbable that she would have lived and suffered only a small scratch. Well, I don't think she *did* survive the explosion. When Sawyer found her, Claire cried out for Charlie. Had she seen him in the land beyond? (spooky music here) I believe Claire is an apparition just like Eko's brother or Christian Shepherd. She just doesn't realize it yet.
That would also explain why Miles is so interested in Claire--he's island's resident Ghost Whisperer, and he realizes something's not quite right with the girl.
Finally, it explains Christian's apearance--he came to inform his daughter of her state, and to usher her into her new life. |

Okay does anyone here think that Jacob is actually the island itself like I do. And it has the ability to travel through space and time. That's why at the end of last year Jack was obsessed with finding it because it wasn't where it was supposed to be. That's why you see things like the polar bear or the three (four?) toed statue. Just something to consider. That's why people appear out of nowhere like Jack's dad. |
