I felt badly for the girls who left. They weren't bad. Looked like Cady (I think I have the right name) was expecting to go.
Anyone know what was up with Alex hugging Danny A at the end? I thought she was going to go hug Paula or something. It made me laugh a bit snarkily when Danny started the tears when Alaina was voted off. Kind of like "hey David A got some air time for the tears, I'm going to rustle up some and then not wipe them away." :) |

Fri 2/29/2008 9:12a | I felt bad for Alexandrea, but the other three I was okay with; they weren't really finalist material IMO. I was glad to see Amanda stay because I THINK she's capable of much better, but she's going to have to deliver now. If it's the 80's, Joan Jett wouldn't be a bad choice.
And if Danny sings "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me," they may have to put a new, higher number on my personal "smarm meter." |

Danny looked so shocked that he could have possibly been in the bottom. Just for that I wanted him to go, but he wasn't very good either.
If Alaina gets that upset over leaving , she's not mature enough yet to be in that business. Being sad and disappointed is one thing but.....and why do they have them sing the song that made them lose again??? Thank you DVR, we started watching at 8:30 and were done when the shoe really ended. |

We missed the show (went to the local High School production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor(r) Dream Coat). So we have been relying on clips on the local Fox channel this morning. |
