Right now, David C. and Brooke are my faves. Ramiele used to be, but she has been boring, and the judges have been warning her for a few weeks now, if she doesn't bring it soon, she'll be in trouble. I really liked Carly- it was the first time I liked her performance. Like some others I am glad David A. didn't do so well. I don't get the David A. praise. He's a cute kid with a good voice, but not all that he's getting praised for.

I also think Kristy, David H., Ramiele and Syesha are the ones that will be in the bottom. I think it should be either Kristy or David H. They were the worst IMO.

I got to see Chikezie perform this morning. I thought he did a great job! (I voted for him on DH's advice last night and I'm glad I did!) I voted for Brooke, David C. and Jason, too. It's hard in the beginning having to spread the vote, b/c I hate to see any of the singers I like leave too soon.

My husband and daughter have been playing the "I am your brother" audition over and over again tonight.

I might have to kill them.

So David H. got the boot. I am slighty surprised. His performance last night was very karaoke, but the guy does have a good voice. Not surprised that Kristy was in the bottom three, and neither was she. I also thought Ramiele would be there too, but I knew Syeshia was on thin ice too.

As every judge said (when it was finally pulled out of them), America got the bottom three right.

I thought Kristy would be the one to go, but then I probably didn't properly consider the huge number of country fans that will vote for her no matter what. She better be careful though... that won't bail her out forever.

My favorite is David C. but I sure wish he'd get a decent haircut. I thought Carly did really well this week too, and I could look at her forever...

<<but then I probably didn't properly consider the huge number of country fans that will vote for her no matter what>>

Not to mention as my father said American males who voted with something else besides their ears.

Yeah, slightly surprised it was David H. rather than Kristy, but he pretty much deserved it for butchering an all-time classic like that.

Kristy might stay longer than I figured (look how long Kelly Pickler stayed around, who didn't sing as well as Kristy), but then again, Kristy was in the bottom 3, so maybe not.

I thought David C. showed some attitude, and not in a good way, last night. Very self-satisfied looking, and when Ryan said he was safe, he had this look like "was there any doubt?" Kind of annoying. There's a fine line between confident and arrogant, and I think his head may be swelling.

I agree, Dabob. He looked so smug during his performance on Tuesday. Yuck.

^^ I agree that David C looked like he knew he would be there. I thought Kristy or even Ramielle (sp) should go next.
