Pretty much agree with everything DaBob2 said as usual. I'm not getting to sit and watch every episode this year as in the past.

I'm so there on Brooke, I just don't feel it. I agree 100% about Syesha. I think she's getting robbed.

I'm not a big Michael fan. I think people are swept up in his looks and somewhat big voice but I heard vulnerabilities and flatness at times that is very irritating.

I also think I might be right there with Labuda on Archie. Who is aiding in picking these songs. Um let's do something obscure and man alive did Simon nail it with his description. It sounded like something from a Saturday morning kids show.

Jason is just ZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz for me.

Cheekiezzeeeeweeezzzzie is ok, run of the mill R&B singer. I think he needs to stick with more uptempo stuff.

Ramiele sounds and looks like a little kid playing grown up. Just can't take her serious and her pitch is so inconsistent.

Carly while I love her voice never goes up and down the emotional scales of a song enough for me. It's just intense, INtense, INTENSE and nothing else.

Kristy is on my last nerve. I just cannot stand her. The whole tomboy country thing is blech for me. Her song choice last night did me in. I HATE that song, call me unAmerican but yes she knew what she was doing and I wanted to puke.

David C might be my favorite at this point. Yeah he's smug but he can back it. The hair is awful, the fake graciousness is awful but the boy can sing.

I don't know this year I'm just not all that enthused about any of them. It's a big shoulder shrug for me.

Wow, I'm grouchy. LOL!

What Lisann22 said!

I didn't get the impression that the judges thought David C. arranged that himself. I thought it was clear he was singing someone elses arrangement. He does seem arrogant but he can sing. He'd be good on the radio so I wouldn't have to look at his hair.

My dish went out for Carly and David A but apparently I didn't miss much!!

My thoughts EXACTLY.

Heh, heh, I guess it says something about this season if at 7:30am the following morning there are no posts about who went home :)

After reading your posts I'm rethinking whether I like all the contestants or whether I just don't care. I can't think of a single one who I am truly rooting for, nor have we bothered to vote at all this year.

I really can't stand the goofy "interviews" that are shown before they sing. We zap through them. Maybe it's making us disconnected from their personalities. I thought it was funny that Carly said she was wearing Spanx the night before :) Made me like her a bit more.

I was sorry to see Chikezie go. But every year there are people who go "before their time." I liked both his voice and his personality, though.

But was I right about Kristy not landing in the bottom 3 for the first time, or what? U S A!! U S A!! U S A!!

Kristy not in the bottom three was criminal but this happens every year. I wish Jason would have gone home of the three but I would have been most upset if Syesha had gone.

Otherwise yawn...

I am glad Syesha stayed. She has spunk (as opposed to spanx) and I like that. I may have to start voting to give her a few more votes. Otherwise my favorite singer is David C. but he's soooooo cocky, I don't want him to win.

Syesha was the one I voted for Tuesday night. Randy got it right, but she's really being unfairly judged by Simon.

I wanted Jason to go home of those three also, Lisann.

I thought Kristy performed well compared to her previous weeks. I like the song she sang. I sooo wish Jason would have went home. I want to shave his head and knock those awful expressions off of his face. Love David Cook but not the hair. David A sings well but his song choices lately stink. Brooke is another favorite for me.
