Not happy with who went home tonight or who got the 2nd lowest amount of votes. Sometimes this show blows.

I think I probably would put Syesha on top.>>>>

I missed her last night - but she must have been good.

I'm really going to miss Carly. I can't believe Jason Castro stays on and she goes. But, she has made a name for herself.

I can't fathom why Melinda Doolittle hasn't been given a record contract.

Next week is Neil Diamond week. Now someone tell me how Andrew Lloyd Webber and Neil Diamond are supposed to entice the teen demographic to this show?

Last night was pretty strange. No way those 2 should have been the bottom 2 but then again I'm not bothering to vote this year so I'll take part of the blame :)

Neil Diamond? Oh man. I hope we don't have to listen to him "sing." I'd love to have Simon judge him :)

I think my nice theory holds.

Brooke looks 'nice'. All the women voted for Brooke and she stays even though she should have gone long ago based on talent.

Carly looks 'naughty'. She gets sent home before her time.

Wow, I LOVE how 'naughty' looks. LOL

I was so mad I turned the tv off and went to bed when they revealed the bottom 2. It should have been Jason and Brooke out of all fairness. Jason should have went home. I did fast forward to the final result this morning and was so sad to see Carly go. I liked her.

<Not happy with who went home tonight or who got the 2nd lowest amount of votes. Sometimes this show blows.>

Exactly. After they made the two Davids safe (no surprise), they brought them out two by two and in each case the wrong person was in the bottom tier. It really did blow. Syesha and Carly were so much better than Brooke and (especially) Jason, it wasn't even funny.

Though in the end it may not matter as it's probably going to be a David/David final.

<I can't fathom why Melinda Doolittle hasn't been given a record contract.>

I hate to say it, but I think it's because she's not considered beautiful. I mean, she could sing the phone book and I'd buy it, but the powers that be must think there aren't enough people like me around. If this continues, she should just market herself on the internet; I think she'd have enough fans to do respectably, maybe better.

Perhaps that is why they are bringing "seasoned" professionals on the show. I swear I was about to jump through the t.v. last night and strangle all those screaming girls. I can't stand that anymore!

unfortunately, it is those screaming girls and their counterparts in TV land that are making the mega phone calls and text messages. They have the staying power to push the "repeat call" button more than a half dozen times.

All times are Pacific Time (US)
