Topic: whts the sun wheel like?

31	Native Californian Wed 1/23/2008 9:18p	Barf bags are provided in the swinging cars. So all of you with weak stomachs can give it a whirl! Does anyone know of any other Disney attractions where barf bags are furnished?

33	FerretAfros Wed 1/23/2008 9:25p	Mission:Space added them a little before the Sunwheel did. It was around the same time they added the orange and green (moving and non moving versions) as seperate choices.

35	EighthDwarf Wed 1/23/2008 11:15p	Talk about a barf-inducing ride (Mission Space)! That is the only ride I have ever felt nauseated on in my life! Sun Wheel of Death is pretty tame in comparison. In fact, my two whimpy sons will even ride it (while they refuse to go on Pirates because of the first drop!)

37	ABBY Tue 1/29/2008 1:48p	I thought the sunwheel was boring. It lasts waaayyy too long. It gave my poor hubby motion sickness.
38	out numbered mom Wed 1/30/2008 11:05a	oh my- I innocently went on the swinging gondola with a couple of kids, and it was even more terrifying for me then TOT or the roller coaster. I think what I really didn't like was that there were no seat belts. Nothing to keep you in your seat. And because of this you feel so much more vulnerable then you do on the other roller coaster. I love roller coasters and I was shaking when I got off that, probably because it wasn't at all what I expected. I have never been on the stationary ones, but maybe I will try that this year with my boys.
39	indiana_jones88 Thu 2/7/2008 4:10p	I love the swinging ones!! They terrorize me to death, but it's kinda fun. The Sun Wheel of Death. I like that. What I do on them is just close my eyes when it starts to swing and I feel perectly. When I first went on the Sun Wheel of Death I got up before it started to swing to move to the other side of the gondola and what do you know? It finally started to swing. so i was on the floor of the gondola for that ride.
