From their website, the prices seem good and the planes seem small. How is their customer service? How is that size of plane? We are considering driving to Spokane and flying from there. |

I caught a few comments about ExpressJet but a bit of post overload. I thought I would ask a more direct question in a new thread - and you answered, thanks.
Anyone else have comments about ExpressJet?

I HATE to fly more than anything. However, if I can fly Express Jet...I'll go.
The plane IS small. Kinda like Horizon. The prices are terrific. Leather seats. XM Radio...Disney is on channel 101. REAL FOOD. More than one choice for each meal. Plus, they have a giant snack basket with wonderful treats.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and they really make you feel like they are happy to have you flying with them. Our flight attendant personally walked up the aisle and shook eack and every passengers name and thanked us for flying with them.
I am just a few air miles from a free flight on Alaska. Whatever...I'll fly Express Jet instead.
Don't hesitate to fly with them...you won't be disappointed.
My personal favorite point concerning Express Jet.......

Wed 5/7/2008 9:44a | We are recently back from our trip and we flew ExpressJet - great airline: great prices, great customer service, smooth flight, I would fly with them again and recommend them to anyone.
It would be nice if the plane had a little more room and was a little quieter but that goes for any plane.

I have been giving advice and comments to some friends that are going to DL soon for the first time. I am worried they will not agree with my recommendations and they may have different experiences. Oh well, my comments are just comments and they should be checking other sources for information. In the end they are responsible for their own decisions. So go ahead and brag things up.
