Disney has announced that it will give away a lifetime pass to all of the Disney theme parks around the world to the first baby born in the Year of the Mouse. Their parents and siblings will also get a 10 year pass. Is it too late to start breeding now?

I should receive that lifetime pass as a "thank you" gesture for all the good publicity I have given the park, even in the adversity of it all.

That's a really strange promotion, but I guess it works. How will they know who is the first baby? With 1.5 billion people in China alone, there will be a lot of babies being born at the same time...sounds like a recipe for a lot of upset recently-pregnant women to me.

We have tried 5 times to have a baby at WDW. Well not really but it has worked out that way...

In fact, my wife has been standing in a park on her very due date twice!

Can't blame you if all you do is go to WDW to make whoopie. After all, not much that is of eye popping quality happens there, unless you happen to be into themed hotels.. and you seem to be ;););) especially overpriced ones with membership requirement.

Was that just a TDLFAN post with emocotons? Has the apocylapse finally come?

Well, it seems babies bring out the best (and strangest) in everyone. I want three - one of each kind.

"Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassador Jasmine Law kicked off the celebration by presenting lifetime passes to Hong Kong's first Year of the Mouse baby boy born to the Lo family and baby girl born to the Ng family. The gifts entitle the children to free admission at Hong Kong Disneyland and other Disney's theme parks in the U.S. and Paris. The children's parents each also received a 10-year complimentary pass."

thats a nice promotion... though one thing is bothering me, why only 10 years and not 20 for the parents, kids are kids till what, 18 or 21 depending on the area.
