| submarine-maniac Tue 2/26/2008 1:18a | I am taking my grandparents to Disneyland for their first time since 1979. I have a list of attractions that I think they should see, but I would like to know what other people think the must sees are. Also, they want to check out DCA for a few hours. With only about 2 or 3 hours in DCA, what would you recomend we do? |

--Soarin' Over California --Golden Dreams --It's Tough to be a Bug --MuppetVision 3-D --Sun Wheel (stationary cabins probably) --Seasons of the Vine (if open) --The Cove Bar |

Personally, I think the must-see attractions in DCA are:
--Soarin' Over California --Tower of Terror --California Screamin' --The Sun Wheel (swinging cabins) --Grizzly River Run --It's Tough to be a Bug |

Unfortunately, they didn't walk her all the way through and she got lost behind the scenes, but she kinda got a kick out of that and was waiting for us in the gift shop afterward. *L* |

I would love for hubby to experience some of this attraction but he flat-out refuses to step foot in there because it's a "dropping" ride which makes him barf. I wasn't aware that the drop section could be skipped. Do tell all please. Thank you! |

There are "chicken exits" on just about every ride, so you can always "change your mind" at the last minute, or just plan ahead to do it. |

I suppose in the dark it would be pretty tough to figure out where you're going, since it's not even that well marked when the lights are on. I suppose that could make for some interesting encounters with CM's who are trying to load their elevators... |

| Aussie Obsession Thu 2/28/2008 6:20p | My parents go every year, at least once a year and they're in their 70s. They go on most and some thrillrides and my mum has a pacemaker (mum went on screamin and splash for first time last visit at 73). So most of the attractions would be fine I reckon, just comes down to personal choice really. |
