Back in 2003 I was complaining (generally) to friends that there was just NOTHING out there for Tiki Room fans-- and it was the 40th Anniversary. Well, as many of you know, there was an event late in the year, in which there were lithos (by Shag), shirts, mugs and a variety of figural pieces. Getting all four of the shirts (which I managed) was a chore, what with the erratic release dates. There were also the matching purses, mousepads, notecards, etc.
Now we have a whole line for the 45th. And another good looking aloha shirt.
And in five years... the 50th! |
