| smedley Tue 6/24/2008 5:00p | So, did anyone attend the event? See the merchandise? |

| SIR at X-S Tech Thu 6/26/2008 2:04p | Several items that were sold out at the event (Kevin and Jody Tiki's, and Fountain, etc...) but guests were later told that they may be replenished later. So perhaps the full quantity wasn't recieved for the event. CM's told us that we could order from the website, which I didn't understand cause Disney mail order doesnt have a website and DisneyGallery is not a site you can order merchandise from. Either way there's hope for those who didn't get stuff that they wanted. Theree's also still quite a few things in stock at Disneyana, specifcally the cel, the Tiki Baby's, the Bracelet, shot glass, and several small prints. |

| DisLee Fri 6/27/2008 1:46a | A couple of sellers on eBay are claiming that they only had 20 or so fountains to sell at the event? |

SIR - the site does have the ability to handle orders. It has been used in the past (most recently with the Disneyland Imagineering DVD I believe) for online sales. |

| hightp Mon 6/30/2008 4:45a | I received my Cel in the mail on the 26th. (Despite that ordered an unframed one, it came in a huge box.) There was to be a limited edition of 1,000, and mine was numbered 961 which lead me to believe the edition was close to being sold out. It might have just been chosen randomly from what was available, but since it wasn't real expensive, they might have sold out.
I had called and orderd it over the phone some time ago, but didn't know the web site could accept orders. |

| Pinngurll Mon 6/30/2008 10:51a | Hi DisLee,
There were only 40 fountains on hand at Disneyland the day of the event, and all 40 sold out of stock within the first 20 minutes. The total edition size of the fountains is 600 according to the Disney Gallery website.
The fountain shortage was not Disney's fault, but an unforeseen issue that came up in the past couple weeks with shipping from China. Disneyland did not have enough lead time to let everyone know about the limited number of fountains on hand for the event....and, of course, I'm sure you heard about the huge crowd of fans who showed up to buy Kevin and Jody's collectibles. Disney was not prepared for the amazing turnout. I personally waited in line for 4 hours and was able to get everything I wanted, except for a fountain, though we were told the remaining 560 of the edition would be coming as soon as possible.
Did you call Disney DelivEARS to buy items after the event? That seems to be the most effective way of getting the things that you missed - especially if you live out of driving distance to the Park.
By the way, the BEST Tiki Room item available is the boxed set of Garden Tiki figurines by Kevin and Jody. These are INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend them to all Tiki Room fans!
